Stress Relief

So, I was asked today, "what is your preferred way of dealing with stress?" What's a girl to do, but be bluntly honest? "Sex," I replied without batting an eye. The guy who asked seemed a little taken aback. I did tell him about other things I like to do to relieve stress, sex just tops the list. I mean really, what's better than that?

Food for the blog

So... here we are, reading (or in my case writing) my bl0g. I was talking to a friend today and thought-Oooo-- food for the blog...

My thoughts about threesomes. Everyone I've known who has been involved in one, is no longer together. Myself included. As cool as they are in the movies (yum) they just aren't the makings of family reunions.

Please, feel free to prove me wrong on this one.

different types of orgasm

I was talking to a friend today and he asked me about the difference between clitoral and vaginal orgasms. Good topic. Clitoral orgasms are easier to have.  You're stimulating the vulva and the surrounding area. Then, you're going to stimulate the clit... guys, don't forget about the rest of her though.  Anyway, for me, vaginal orgasms happen when the clit and the g-spot are stimulated together (at the same time). The g-spot is the rough area on the vaginal wall.  During sexual stimulation, it becomes engorged with blood. Hence, a lot of the pleasure from intercourse.  You may be wondering how to tell the difference between these two types of orgasm. For me, the clitoral orgasm is more superficial, like a "flower" going crazy.  The vaginal orgasm is "deep and resonant." Combine the two and the planets align and the universe opens up to Nirvana!

Welcome!

So, here we are. In a nutshell, way to many women are not enjoying sex (60-70% according to my Doctor and various reliable sites), and that's just wrong!  I decided that we need a safe place to talk about our sexual frustrations, experiences, get support, advice, and information. Questions and comments are encouraged (this is a blog).
